Reporting system with financial management

The entire Region's' and its representing auxiliaries have a reporting obligation to the national body.
As a function of the State, all officers have a reporting obligation to the State Bishop at State Meetings.
As a function of the Region, all State Bishops have a reporting obligation to the Regional Apostle at Conventions.
As a function of the Region money is exchanged for licenses and other obligations.
